"Kind provider, but I felt a little awkward"
The provider was really nice and took the time to listen, which I appreciated a lot. I felt kind of embarrassed talking about what I was going through, but she made it easier and seemed to understand. The only downside was that the whole process felt a little slow and confusing at times. The care itself was good, I just wish everything around it had been a bit smoother.

"The care itself was fine, from what..."
The care itself was fine, from what I could tell, but getting replies took longer than I expected. Not sure if they were just busy or what, but it made things a little frustrating

"Waiting on lab results was frustrating"
I tried Paloma Health, the lab results took way longer than I expected. Frustrating. I kept checking for updates, but there wasn’t really a clear timeline or much communication. Annoying. When you’re just trying to get answers about your health, that waiting game feels stressful. Overall, not the best experience for me
"Refills were more stressful than they should've been"
The doctors were nice, so I don’t want to make it sound like the care was bad. But getting my thyroid meds handled was frustrating. Refills seemed to take longer than I expected, and a few messages felt like they kinda got missed. I ended up having to follow up more than I should have, which was stressfull when I was just trying to stay on track with my medication.

"Support was really slow to get back to me"
Support took forever to reply, and when they finally did, they weren’t much help. Not sure how to explain it, but it just felt like I was getting passed around without really getting an answer.
"Solid thyroid info, but the service was kind of uneven"
Paloma definitely seems to know their thyroid stuff, and I did appreciate that the info felt more personalized than what you usually get in a rushed doctor visit. That said, the whole process was a little hit or miss for me. Some replies took longer than I thought they would, and I ended up having to ask extra follow-up questions to get things cleared up. I don’t totally blame the people helping me, but the system could’ve been smoother. Overall, not bad, just not amazing either.

"It works, just a bit clunky"
I was able to make my booking in the end, so it did the job. The site just felt a little clunky to use — a few pages took longer to load than I expected, and some of the menus had me clicking around more than I should have. It’s not terrible, just not as smooth as… well, I guess it could be better

"Refills have been hassle-free"
Paloma has been solid for my prescription refills. I don’t have to keep calling or wondering if something got missed, which is a relief. The reminders help, and the refill process is simple enough that I don’t really think about it much. My meds show up when they’re supposed to, and that’s basically the main thing. I mean, there isn’t a ton to say here, it just works, and that’s all I needed.

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
I regret signing up for this. The subscription just felt way too expensive for what I actually got out of it. I kept expecting it to feel worth the monthly cost, but it never really did. I wish I had read more reviews first before paying

"Telehealth was convenient, even if the delays were annoying"
Being able to do the visit from home was handy and saved me a trip, which I appreciated. The only thing that bugged me was that replies took a while sometimes, which was kind of a pain in the ass when I just wanted a quick answer

"Had a good feeling and booked right away"
I was surprised by how many appointment times were open. It just felt easy and straightforward, so I went with my gut and booked one quickly.

"I wish I had known the lab would be such a hassle"
I regret not checking the lab location better before going through with this. I ended up having to drive far just to get the testing done, and it really didn’t feel worth the time or hassle.

"Helped a bit, but not as much as I hoped"
In my experience, I did feel a small boost in energy and my brain fog got a little better after a few weeks, which was nice. But for me, the progress felt slow, and getting follow-ups scheduled wasn’t always easy. Considering the price, I personally expected a bit more support. It wasn’t a bad experience, it just didn’t feel like it worked well enough for what I needed.

"Good coordination, just a bit slow at times"
Overall, my labs, meds, and messages were kept well in sync. One reply took longer than I expected, but the care team handled it fine and got things sorted out.

"I’ve used palomahealth.com mostly for thyroid..."
I’ve used palomahealth.com mostly for thyroid articles and guides, some of it was really easy to follow. Like, easy to understand without feeling overwhelmed. But a few pages felt kind of general, and I was hoping for more detail in certain spots. It’s not bad at all, I just wish some topics went a bit deeper, especially when you’re trying to figure things out

"Decent care, but the billing threw me off"
I really wanted to have a better overall feeling about Paloma Health because the actual care was fine enough. The appointment went okay and I didn’t feel totally ignored or anything, but then the billing part kind of messed it up for me. Maybe I should’ve known to look harder beforehand, but also I feel like costs should just be clearer before they charge you.
There were a couple charges that felt like they came out of nowhere, and once that happens it’s hard not to question the whole thing, even if the service itself wasn’t bad. I ended up digging around and asking questions, which was annoying and made the experience feel less smooth. I’d probably feel differently if they were just more upfront about pricing from the start.

"My plan covered a few of the..."
My plan covered a few of the visits, so I figured the labs would probably be mostly covered too, but nope, those still ended up getting pricey. Maybe I should’ve checked more closely, but it felt a little confusing...

"Care plan felt a little generic haha"
I did like that I could do the visits online, which was super convenient. But the care plan felt kind of generic haha. A lot of it seemed like standard advice, and I still had to ask quite a few follow-up questions to get more specific help.

"Felt good about sharing my info"
I was a bit nervous about using an online health site at first, mostly because of all the privacy stuff. But Paloma Health made everything easy to understand, and I never felt like I was being rushed or pushed into anything.
The whole process felt secure and just normal, which helped me trust it way more than I thought I would. It was nice not having to stress about where my info was going. Overall, really solid experience.
